DEIN Sports was founded by me, Dan Niblett, a rugby coach, club secretary, proud dad, and now, a full-time entrepreneur. For years, I balanced my passion for sports with a demanding job and family life, experiencing firsthand the challenges grassroots teams face in getting quality kits that fit, perform, and arrive on time.
As a coach and club secretary, I often struggled with unreliable suppliers, long delivery times, and cumbersome ordering systems. I knew that grassroots sports teams deserved better. That realization, coupled with my own frustrations, sparked the idea for DEIN Sports—a business that puts the needs of grassroots teams first.
After 20+ years in the tech industry, I made the bold decision to leave my job and dedicate myself fully to building DEIN Sports. Combining my experience in technology with my love for sports, I’ve created a platform that makes it easy for teams to design, order, and re-order custom kits without the hassle.
