Custom Products

Since our custom sportswear is made to order based on your specific designs and requirements:

  • Custom products are non-refundable unless they are defective or not as described.
  • We strongly encourage you to review and approve all designs carefully before production begins.

Faulty or Defective Items

This policy outlines our commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains, in compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. It also describes the steps we take to mitigate risks and promote transparency.

Our Commitment

If you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or not as described:

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos to support your claim.
  3. If the claim is validated, we will:
    • Replace the defective item.
    • Repair the item (if applicable).
    • Offer a refund if replacement or repair is not possible.

Non-Custom Products

For non-customized items, such as generic accessories:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Refunds for non-custom items will be processed after the returned item is inspected.

Return Process

  2. Await Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack and Ship: Ensure items are securely packed and shipped using a trackable service. DEIN Sports is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.
  • Approved custom designs with errors resulting from customer input (e.g., spelling errors or incorrect logos provided by the customer).
